  • The broker sends the offer of cargo to the vessels' managers/owners after he got positive reaction from one or two of mangers/owners of vessels.he will send the ship's particulars to charters to check the workability of vessel if she's workable he will send the following sample of full bid to mangers/owners who will receive it and agree on it or amend it putting the best terms they can put to protect and affirm owners rights , let's check the following example:
